IA Glam hopes that you are 100% satisfied with your experience with us. However, we want to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our products. Due to this reason all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

IF A PRODUCT IS RECEIVED IN AN DAMAGED AND UNUSABLE CONDITION OR LOST/STOLEN IN THE HANDS OF THE SHIPPING CARRIER YOU MUST NOTIFY US BY EMAIL AT INFO@IAGLAM.COM WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. ITEMS MAY BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED (DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY). DAMAGE DONE AFTER RECEIVING AN ITEM WILL NOT QUALIFY YOU FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Once an order leaves the office, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. We will not replace or refund items or shipping costs for orders sent to a wrong address submitted by the customer. Please double check that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. 

When will my order arrive?

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY THE ORDER IS PLACED. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND DELIVERY. TIME ESTIMATES DO NOT ACCOUNT FOR HOLIDAYS OR NON - BUSINESS DAYS. SHIPPING COSTS MAY INCREASE DEPENDING ON WEIGHT, VOLUME, POSTAL CODE, AND SHIPPING METHOD. ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED USING USPS OR UPS SHIPPING OR DHL. ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. REMOTE AREAS MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR DELIVERY. FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PLEASE ALLOW 3-21 DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND DELIVERY.
